The image is printed directly onto the surface of the high-quality ultra-clear glass. The ink is mixed based on a special formula to enhance adhesion to the glass surface and is immediately treated with high-intensity UV light to prevent fading during long-term use. A layer of white primer is applied over the ink layer to enhance the contrast of the image, followed by a translucent protective layer that adds depth to the image. The base is made of a thin foam layer to protect the paint surface, prevent scratches, and serve as a frame for hanging the artwork/photo.
